Q: What is Credit and Divorce Planning and why should I care anyway?
A: Credit and Divorce is a national divorce planning practice designed to help you construct a BRIDGE which will allow for you to plan, protect and preserve your Budget, Retirement, Individual Credit, Dependents, Gap in Life Skills and Estate when crossing over from married life back into singlehood.
Your attorney may use this Divorce Plan to help in the negotiation of child support, alimony or spousal maintenance. The main purpose of your BRIDGE or Divorce Plan is to help you exit your divorce independent with your credit and finances intact in the greatest amount of ease possible.
Q: How does the Divorce Planning process work?
A: At this time in our practice we are no longer taking on personal clients. We have compiled a workbook of our best practices and day to day file flow when working directly with our clients. This workbook has been formatted to help walk you through the creation of a divorce plan for yourself.
Q: Who is your ideal client?
A: Our ideal client is a woman between the age of 35-55. She has between 1-4 children still at home. Her main objective is to get out of her marriage as soon as possible without sacrificing her children's future in the process. She's looking to separate herself from her husband financially and emotionally while in the process establishing her financial independence.
Q: If this is the route that I want to go, what is my investment?
A: Our Divorce Planning Workbook is $297.
Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes.
Q: What type of guarantee do you offer if any at all?
A: During any time of the divorce proceedings and until your divorce is finalized, Credit and Divorce will extend a full refund minus $25 admin fee, if you feel that the advice hasn’t benefited your situation. You will be required to provide proof in writing that you have employed at least one of the personal recommended strategies in order to qualify for the refund.
Q: Do you do credit repair?
A: Credit and Divorce does not engage in credit repair but has invested close to $17,000 in hiring a credit repair attorney to share with us step by step how to repair damaged credit. We found it necessary after receiving several requests for credit repair. We have made available a credit improvement report for all those that invest in the Divorce Planning Workbook.
